DIZZY DEAN ALL-STARS INFORMATION ALL STARS TOURNAMENT
Northwest All Star baseball teams began competition in the Dizzy Dean
District 5 All Star Tournaments June 5th. Pinellas Park will host the 6, 7, and
13 age divisions, the 9’s will be at Wildwood, the 10, 11, and 12’s will be
at Fossil Park, and the 14’s will be at Seminole. The top two teams in the
Districts qualify to participate in the Dizzy Dean State Championships beginning
the week of June 26.

CITY TOURNAMENT RESULTS The Cautero Law Red Bombers won the Non Franchise City Tournament!! They took the championship from Wildwood 9-6 in a great game down at Tierra Verde. The Red Bombers took home the Large trophy in the tournament that involved 24 teams from 7 leagues. Congratulations on a job well done!
Jose Sanchez's 11-12 year old team came in second place to Wildwood. Congratulations to all of the participating teams on a great season and a fantastic tournament.
GIRLS FASTPITCH SOFTBALL DISTRICT 5 TOURNAMENT UPDATE Northwest Fastpitch teams finished as either Champions or Runners-up in all divisions in the District 5 All Star Championship Tournament in Pinellas Park!

TEEN VILLAGE 16U WINS MISS FLORIDA MID-SEASON FASTPITCH SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP! Our 16U Teen Village Softball team won the 1st Place Championship at the Miss Florida Mid Season Tournament at Christina Park.
Thanks to all of our volunteers, parents, coaches, and sponsors for a terrific opening day!
Special thanks to Lee Roy Selmon's for catering our opening day and donating 100% of the proceeds to NWYB. We hope you got your fair share of the most mouth-watering barbeque chicken, ribs, hamburgers and hotdogs around!
