ALL STARS WIN DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP
The
NWYB 10U team went undefeated in the Dizzy Dean District 5 Tournament!

TOURNAMENT RESULTS
The
Cautero Law Red Bombers won the Non Franchise City Tournament!!
They took the championship from Wildwood 9-6 in a great game down at
Tierra Verde. The Red Bombers took home the Large trophy in the
tournament that involved 24 teams from 7 leagues. Congratulations on a
job well done!
Jose
Sanchez's 11-12 year old team came in second place to Wildwood.
Congratulations to all of the participating teams on a great season and
a fantastic tournament.
GIRLS
FASTPITCH SOFTBALL DISTRICT 5 TOURNAMENT UPDATE
Northwest
Fastpitch teams finished as either Champions or Runners-up in all
divisions in the District 5 All Star Championship Tournament in Pinellas
Park!

TEEN
VILLAGE 16U WINS MISS FLORIDA MID-SEASON FASTPITCH SOFTBALL
CHAMPIONSHIP!
Our
16U Teen Village Softball team won the 1st Place Championship at the
Miss Florida Mid Season Tournament at Christina Park.
Teen Village entered as an underdog in the 26-team field but battled
hard every game. The championship was decided when Teen Village bested
the Miss Pinellas Park Fastpitch team in the final game 11-1.
Softball now has another trophy to add to the NW collection!
Please make sure you congratulate the girls for a job well done! Players
competing in the tournament include Kayla Fiegel, Asmara Goodwin, Becky
King-Lusco, Sami Marra, Katie Mitchell, Brittany Price, Brandy Royal,
Christina Sharlow, Martita Sharlow, Jasmine Simmons, and Jessica Spano.
